If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@grapesvintage.com with clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation fairly and promptly.

All of our items are vintage or second-hand, so they may have minor signs of wear or imperfections I might miss. However, any major defects are always disclosed. Everything is washed/cleaned and stored on shelves. If the scent isn’t to your liking, you’re welcome to wash it with your favourite detergent🫶🏻
