Order Processing Time
At Grapes Vintage, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Switzerland only.
Shipping is available via Standard Shipping:

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CHF 150.00.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Returns and Exchanges
Please note that all sales are final.
As we specialize in curated second-hand clothing, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos before making a purchase.
