🚫 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of second-hand items, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All items are sold as-is and are non-returnable under our store policy.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Check the provided measurements

  • Examine all photos

🧼 Condition of Items

All products at Grapes Vintage are:

  • Inspected before listing

  • Described as accurately as possible

  • Photographed to show their true condition

Please keep in mind that our garments are pre-owned, and signs of wear or minor imperfections are to be expected as part of their unique character and charm.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@grapesvintage.com with clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation fairly and promptly.


🇪🇺 European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, a 14-day “cooling-off” period applies to new, unused items. However, due to the second-hand nature of our products and hygiene considerations, Grapes Vintage is exempt from this rule.
We do not offer returns or cancellations for EU-based orders unless legally required.
